Everything is a lesson
Now figure out which one
Life is a game with learning built in. You can just play, or you can play at building a new game. Either way you keep learning to pull the lesson out of whatever happens.
Every situation is a lesson. The hard part is to see it and understand what it is.
The pain leaves once it teaches you what it came to teach. That’s the whole mechanism. Suffering that stays is a lesson not yet taken.
Everything is practice. Everything is a teacher. The world is you, looking at yourself from different angles.
The quality of experience depends on how well you integrated the last one. Do your homework and life gets better. Every single time.
If you feel a bit off, look closer: the lesson is often in what not to do again. Otherwise the universe will teach it once more.
Assume every situation in life leads somewhere good. It all already happened. It is what it is. Train yourself to say “next time” instead of “I should have”.
People show up in your life to help, to say the thing you needed to hear, or to teach you something.
Nothing is wasted.
