The Life of Chuck
You carry the world in your head
Of all the films of 2025, this one got to me the most — it nails the world we carry around in our heads. I even read Stephen King’s original.
An ordinary Thursday. Chuck hears drums and dances in the street. Just because. The one moment in his whole life when the spacesuit didn’t decide for him.
The screen goes dark — and what’s left? That Thursday.
You can know you’ll die, promise yourself to live — and still sleep through your whole life.
What would you do if you weren’t afraid?
