Each one of us grows a brain parasite, and it is poisoning your whole life. Its name is you.
It feeds on fear. A “problem” is the thing we keep not solving, so the nervous system gets its habitual state. A self-fulfilling prophecy.
The trick is — none of it exists. The unpleasant part is produced personally, in your head. It’s all imagined. You can simply stop paying attention.
That’s what enlightenment is.
