A person becomes whole in a pair. A pair isn’t two people. A pair is when there’s no empty space between you.

At the table, or whenever you can, sit across from each other. The goal in life is for the face across from you to be smiling. It’s the only indicator of life there is.

And for that, there must be nothing left unsaid between you. Whatever piled up — say it. Not “later”, not “they already know”, not carrying it with you.

Say it to the one who needs to hear it: I love you, thank you, forgive me, here is what you mean to me.

Don’t live stacking up conflicts. The moment something off shows up in the conversation — you stop and talk it all through, until it’s all sorted.

What’s spoken frees the space. And the space fills with love.
