Stop doubting

Doubts always sound reasonable. The caring voice of reason: cool down, think logically, the odds are slim. You sit and listen, because it’s right.

Doubt wears the mask of intelligence and works as a defense. Sleepy people call everything unfamiliar pseudoscience and feel superior — just for not believing.

No amount of proof opens a closed mind. Only an attempt does.

A year ago I still doubted any of this works. The authority of the Buddha and the scriptures kept me going. So I simply decided to check. The year turned out reactive.

Doubts are poison. The antidote is to check for yourself.
