Go through
Not around the wall — through it
You can only let bad thoughts pass. Not around the wall — through it.
Anxiety has a bottom. When you stop running, it runs out of breath.
You pass through — and the wall simply vanishes. It was only ever in your head.
The wall isn’t an object. The wall is a process.
The fear of negative thoughts is worse than the thoughts. A thought comes and goes. The fear that it might come — that one is eternal.
Catch yourself thinking “what if something goes wrong” — ask: what would I do if I weren’t afraid? The answer is your real life, and the door to it opens from the inside.
Go through the fear.
